About Me
- Robinson Roe
- I have managed teams in North America, Europe and Asia. In my journeys I have worked for and with many organizations both large and small. From these experiences I have observed how many organizations have functioned in many different countries. This has led me to ask the "five whys" on management approaches and their ramifications. That is, asking why five times until you get to the underlying dynamics of what is really happening. My conclusion is that much of today's conventional wisdom is more myth than based on well thought out practices. Many people I have met share this view. As the world becomes more connected I believe better new ways to manage and operate organizations can be found. My hope is that this blog will help that cause. robinson.roe@gmail.com
